Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation of the Marketing Plan
• Actively participates in achieving the Sales & Marketing budget
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the potential client's database
• Handles site inspections, familiarization trips and entertain clients
• Analyses market changes and reviews competition. Under the direction of Director of Sales / Director of Sales & Marketing, implements proactive programs with Sales Managers to meet these changes, i.e. changes brought about by political, economic or competitive changes in the market place
• Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
• Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for new and existing accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
• Excellent business development / sourcing skills
• Persuasive and impactful presenter
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
