Focus on process improvement in order to reduce simple task in the finance department of Allianz Ayudhya Thailand.
The improvement of process may involve processes/ stakeholders within the finance department or externally.
Co-ordinate with the internal and external stakeholders to understand and develop a cost benefit study before initiating the process improvement project, which include but not limited to.
Develop and track the performance of the deliverables.
Conduct research or related functional / departments to identify risks and opportunities in process and procedure.
Plan, organize, monitor and manage all phases of assigned finance transformation projects.
Assess the implications of the transformation, analyse and map business processes, and identify the required costs and actions.
Proactively engage leadership on progress of projects, including but not limited to.
Communicating ideas and recommendations through presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Design process flow charts, documenting process narratives and steps.
Experience in and having hand-on skills related to.
Using different digital tools e.g. macros, SQL, O365, power automate etc.
Engaging robotics solutions.
Able to demonstrate success leading and completing cross-functional teams, including.
Coaching, practice sharing related skills / knowledges to working team.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
Must Have Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics or related field.
Minimum 7 years experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Development and process improvement using an agile mindset.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience on Finance Project or Transformation Project.
Nice to Have Understanding of the software development lifecycle, the business processes and organizational structures.
Strongly Project management skills; Agile or Waterfall, RPA.
Knowledge of multiple functional areas like product management, computer science, UX/UI, end user support.
Knowledge of change management process.
Agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and experience with creating epics, user stories and use cases.
Knowledge of data modelling and storage.
Knowledge of data analytics incl. data reporting, data interpretation.
Knowledge of collaborative project management tools (e.g. Trello, JIRA, Asana), Power BI, Excel advance: Macro.
Knowledge of digital communication channels to engage with colleagues remotely (e.g. Skype, Web Ex).
