Update existing customer information.
Process of claim services.
Route calls to appropriate team.
Follow up customer calls till completion and the members are always informed of the progress.
Must Have Bachelor s degree in any field.
2-5 years experiences in customer service or call center.
Good English communication skill.
Problem Solving Skill.
Nice to Have Experience in medical service industry or health insurance business to be advantage.
