We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who has deep experience in recruiting professionals and adapting candidates to work processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting an active search and attracting talent in the labor market.
- Conducting interviews with potential candidates, including telephone and online interviews.
- Assessment of skills and experience of candidates according to the requirements of the position.
- Organization and participation in recruiting events aimed at attracting qualified candidates.
- Maintaining the candidate database and ensuring its relevance.
Ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment and staffing process.
- Experience in conducting various types of interviews (structured, unstructured, soft and hard skills interview, cultural fit interview)
- Ability to work with recruiting chanels and social networks.
- High level of communication skills.
- Experience in international team.
- Ability to work in electronic task management systems and office programs.
- Knowledge of the Thai language at the fluent level.
- Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level - it will be necessary to conduct interviews in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ฿30,000.00 - ฿45,000.00 per month
