Job Overview:Weede N is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Based in Phuket, this role will focus on increasing social media metrics, building high-performing ad campaigns, and fostering digital relationships with customers through targeted marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, market share, and lead generation.
• Increase social media metrics (followers, engagement) through creative content and campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Line, Telegram, etc..
• Set up and manage high-performing social media and search engine ads, including Google Ads and Meta’s advertising platform.
• Build and optimize advertising campaigns, utilizing A/B testing and key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROMI, LTV, Unit economics) to achieve favorable results.
• Utilize SEO and other digital tactics to attract traffic from various sources.
• Foster customer relationships through effective marketing communications and a digital-first approach, ensuring all efforts are quantifiable and aligned with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless omnichannel experience for our target audience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media management, SEM, other online advertising, analytics and content creation.
• Proficiency in Word Press is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; Thai language is a plus.
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage and optimize campaign performance through detailed analytics.
• Willingness to relocate to Phuket, Thailand.

Pay: ฿40,000.00 - ฿55,000.00 per month
