We are currently looking for a Property Scout who is experienced in the local real estate market and can help us expand our business and find the best locations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate, specifically in acquisition, leasing, or property evaluation;
- Experience working with brokers, agents, and property owners to gather information about available properties;
- Ability to assess properties based on criteria such as location, market trends, zoning regulations, and potential return on investment;
- Excellent collaboration skills with various stakeholders, including brokers, real estate agents, and property owners;
- Ability to maintain a database of potential properties, recording all necessary details and contact information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential properties for acquisition (long term rent and purchase);
- Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and property owners to gather information on available properties;
- Evaluate properties based on criteria such as location, market trends, zoning regulations, and potential return on investment;
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the condition and suitability of properties;
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential properties, including financial analysis and market projections;
- Assist in negotiating purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions;
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property values;
- Maintain a database of potential properties, including relevant information and contact details;
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth property acquisition processes.
