With a focus on education, innovation, and community engagement, we aim to set the standard for excellence in the industry.Our dispensaries - .shop Brand Video - ?usp=sharing We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, strategic financial planning, risk management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role is key to driving the company’s growth and profitability while maintaining financial integrity in a highly regulated market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail finance, an understanding of cannabis industry regulations, and experience in scaling businesses.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy and Leadership:
• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive long-term financial sustainability.
• Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to guide business growth.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement to maximize profitability.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local laws, especially cannabis regulations in Thailand.
• Manage financial risks, including currency risks, market fluctuations, and operational risks.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Financial Operations & Reporting:
• Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Thai accounting standards.
• Implement financial systems and technology to streamline operations and reporting processes.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Build and develop a world-class finance team to support the company’s expansion.

Qualifications:

• Higher education in finance, accounting or economics professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant)
• 10+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or regulated industries.
• Prior experience in the cannabis industry or working within a highly regulated environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Thai financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of leading financial strategy in fast-growing companies.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
