Associate Manager Line Support Production
This position reports into Director Manufacturing Business Unit and is based at Thailand.

What You Will Do
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage production within designated areas to achieve key objectives, including productivity, quality, and safety. Additionally, this role requires collaboration and coordination with relevant departments, both internally and externally, to support new projects and drive production development. Innovation and the exploration of new technologies are also essential to continually meet and exceed goals

• Production Management: Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, applying strategic guidance to ensure production aligns with OKR
• Operational Audits: Conduct regular reviews, audits, and investigations of operations to maintain compliance with safety, GMP standards, quality, and productivity. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Project Lead/Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of new projects.
• Resource Planning: Oversee recruitment and manpower planning to meet production demands, while identifying opportunities for headcount optimization.
• Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and recommend year-end compensation adjustments to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Team Building: Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration, teamwork, and a strong sense of commitment within the team

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For

• Minimum education is bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
• At least five years’ experience in manufacturing at the supervisory level
• Have technical skill in the area that he managed.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Highly capable of handling production work.
• Good human relation
