Business Administrator

Location: Phuket, Thailand
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and energetic Thai female to join our office in Phuket as a Business Administrator. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, along with experience in HR and preparing documents for work permits and visas for foreign specialists, we would love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the daily operations of the office.
  • Coordinating meetings and events.
  • Handling office documentation and record-keeping.
  • Liaising with companies for store design enhancements and suppliers of office stationery and materials.
  • Ensuring efficient administrative processes.
  • Maintaining attendance records, schedules, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Preparing and processing documents for work permits and visas for foreign specialists:
  • Coordinating with the Ministry of Labour and Immigration offices.
  • Ensuring timely submission of all required paperwork.
  • Assisting foreign employees in the application process for non-immigrant visas and work permits.
  • Working in tandem with the accountant to print and attach labels to new store inventory.
  • Ensuring compliance with all administrative processes and documentation in line with Thai regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, HR, or a related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Experience in HR and knowledge of work permit and visa procedures for foreign specialists.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in basic office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel, Spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Good conversational level of English.
