Business Development Specialist

We provide omnichannel order, warehousing, supply chain, and distribution management solutions for retailers, distributors, and suppliers. Our digital marketing arm also provides big data, multi-channel advertising, and performance marketing solutions for brands and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in both Inbound and Outbound prospecting communications to expand our client base.
- Develop and manage a robust lead development pipeline through cold-calling, networking, e-mail marketing, and leveraging Internet resources.
- Meet ambitious targets for leads, revenue, and close/win rates.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer goals, organizational structures, decision-making processes, and pain points.
- Present Ginee as a valuable solution to key decision-makers in the B2B E-commerce sector.
- Qualify sales leads based on specific criteria and nurture them to successful client relationships.
- Build and sustain a healthy new business sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior leaders within organizations.
- Demonstrated ownership and a proven track record of achieving results.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
- Experience working independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in E-commerce or Marketplace environments.
- Experience with Saa S or Omnichannel solutions is a plus.

Pay: ฿20,000.00 - ฿30,000.00 per month
