Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Operations Specialist to support our expansion efforts and optimize our operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee and optimize daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflows.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Strategic Planning:
• Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
• Support senior management in decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development and/or operations management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong command in English is a must.
