The Role
The Business Analyst (BA) at Seven Peaks plays a vital role in supporting the product development process. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, the BA assists in gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting market research, and contributing to product roadmap development. This role is ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the field of business analysis and product development within a dynamic and innovative company.
The Responsibilities.
Assisting in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Supporting the development and maintenance of product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product specifications.
Assisting in the analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Participating in user testing and feedback sessions to validate product ideas and gather insights.
Contributing to the prioritisation of product requirements based on business needs and user feedback.
Assisting in monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Supporting the creation of reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Supporting the creation of business cases for larger investments in the product.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of product features and enhancements.
Assisting in the coordination of client engagements and providing support as needed.
Qualifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic understanding of digital products and the competitive landscape.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop in the field of business analysis and product.
Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles is a plus.
Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
Ability to turn market data into actionable product decisions.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Thai language proficiency is preferred.
