Develop integration strategies that maximize synergies and minimize disruptions.

Stakeholder Management:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus and support for strategic initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the integration process.

Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data and performance metrics to assess the impact of strategic decisions.
Develop financial models to support business cases and investment decisions.

Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives and M&A activities.
Implement risk management processes to safeguard the company's interests during integration.

Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate strategy and integration progress to executive leadership.
Maintain detailed records of M&A activities and outcomes for future reference.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
3 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, or related fields.
Strong in English and Thai languages.
Proven experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated leadership experience in driving strategic initiatives.
