หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information about services, and any customer needed.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on pending issues, requests, and complaints.
  • Maintain a courteous, friendly, and positive attitude when interacting with customers.

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (8:00-17:00 and 13:00-22:00).
