• Reporting to Engineering Manager or Sr. Manager to drive RMA and failure analysis (FA) as well as technical problem resolution and process execution to ensure RMA/FA targets and customer expectations are met.
• Work closely with R&D, BU engineering, CQE in different locations and different time zones as well as LITE Thailand based team to support completion of RMA and FA to identify and feedback customer reported problems.
• Manage and drive CM to complete RMA and FA according to target set for turn-around time.
• Collaborate with different functions to resolve problems that preventing or causing delay to the completion of RMA and FA process.
• Day to day analysis of defect mode and drive CM to implement corrective and preventive actions in order to reduce customer return.
• Validate FA/8D reports from supplier and CM to ensure accuracy of the report.
• Review test data to identify failure modes and work with CM and LITE team to identify root cause and action needed.
• Statistical analysis of products failure modes, causes, etc. Generate related report weekly.
• Generate debug guide and provide training to CM FA engineer.
• To continuously improve the RMA and FA process in order to achieve more accurate FA and improve FA lead time.

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering or above in chemical, material, telecommunication, electrical, electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product or process engineer in electronics or optical products.
• Experience and hands on experience in process and equipment of electronics manufacturing process. Optical process experience are preferred.
• Experience in optical and electronics products failure analysis and Technical Report Writing - 8D/A3 are preferred.
• Understand and familiar with manufacturing process control tools and method such as SPC, DFM, FMEA, etc.
• Basic operation of computer for day to day usage is required and advance programming capability is preferred
• Good command in English communication reading, writing and speaking.
