Job Description

Overall responsible for the management of all production equipment maintenance and repair in Quasar. Properly assess and accept all procured equipment, involve and help to implement the plan of automation or semi-automated production.

Responsibilities
Responsible for overall management of all production equipment and machines in Quasar.
Responsible for overall maintenance of all production equipment and machines in Quasar.
Involved in equipment built in-house and assess the outsourcing of production equipment.
Responsible for the maintenance and repair needs involving equipment suppliers.
Conduct equipment capacity assessments to ensure the equipment meets company requirements.
Involved in automatic and semi-automatic equipment to increase productivity and efficiency.
Determine the technical specifications of the equipment and the way of equipment introduction according to the product manufacturing process.
Responsible for receiving, installation, testing, development, verification, manufacture, collecting relevant equipment information, and introduction of the equipment.
Responsible for executing IQ validation (Protocol and Report) and supporting OQ, PQ Validation.
Responsible for trials of machines and equipment in Quasar.
Responsible for Procedure, Work Instructions, Equipment list, Maintenance schedule, and related process document support to Quality Management System.
Lead related departments for tooling and jigs’ design, assessment, verification, and improvement in mass production.
Lead related departments for tooling and jigs’ design, assessment, and verification in NPI with mass production availability verification, trial run report, and related document completion.
Handle other assignments assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent English communication.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Automation Equipment.
Familiar with Lean basic knowledge.
Experience with complicated Jig and Fixture design, able to use CAD software; working experience with Solid Works preferred.
Good teamwork capability and communication & coordination skills.
Proficient in Excel.
