About the role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal. The ideal candidate will assist in managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various professionals, and facilitating communication between our international teams and others. This role requires someone who is independent, problem-solving, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• Prepare reports and presentations and handle a variety of ad hoc requests.
  
• Partner with teams across the organization on various projects requiring coordination efforts.
  
• Responsible for administrative tasks and support projects.
  
• Ensure all tasks for projects are assigned and time-bound.
  

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
  
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Executive Assistant to Management
  
• Strong organizational skill that reflects the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good command of English language, written and spoken
  
• Good team player with teamwork mindset
  
• High flexibility and fast response.
  

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Thailand annual base pay reasonably expected for this role is 751,680 to 751,680, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
