About the role

• Our Solvay Peroxythai - MTP team, composed of X people, is integrated in the Production department and focuses on Routine operation in collaboration with Maintenance and HSE.
  
• As a Production supervisor, you will work on Sodium bicarbonate production to support plant day to day operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to operation/ improvement and have a positive impact on plant cost and performance.
  
• You will be accountable for:
  
  • Ensure that all production activities comply with HSE, Quality policies and regulations.
    
  • Follow up production performance and propose initiatives to improve competitiveness.
    
  • Support production team in the resolution of complex or urgent problems.
    
  • Investigate deviations occurred in the production department finding the root cause.
    
  • Take accountability to complete the Corrective/ Preventive action and Improvement.
    
  • Inform colleagues about and/or train them in new methods, procedures and techniques.
    
  • Act as a coordinator regarding production matters towards other departments e.g. Maintenance, Packing, Quality and suppliers.
    
• We offer a permanent contract based on Rayong, Thailand and onsite working mode.
  

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Science, Industrial management or Engineering are preferred.
  
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Chemical/ Petrochemical or Food/ Pharma or related fields. Having experience in a leadership role is an advantage.
  
• Competencies:
  
  • Good speaking and reading in English and fluent in Thai.
    
  • Flexible to work during time-off in urgent cases.
    
  • Basic MS office skill particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 704,700 to 939,600THB, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
