- Develop holistic value chain in some Indochina markets. Start from upstream to downstream. Mainly focus on consumer insight, route to market development, channel development, logistic efficiency, trade and consumer marketing, product and pricing management. Monitor sales numbers and be able to take immediate reaction in regular basis.
- Require good understanding of Soth East Asia market especially CLMV, international stakeholder management, international trade (esp exchange rate management).
- Require good ability to translate market knowledge, sentiment from each CLMV market into internal language and drive company to achieve each markets’ outcomes.
- Bachelor Degree (prefer any business related field).
- Business Analytical Skill, Vision Development skill, Strategic think skill, Leadership skill, People management skill, Customer and Category Management Development (CCMD),
- Project Management and Business Planning, Initiative and follow thru,Sale Management, Supervisory, Coaching and team work.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a very quick and precise message.
