We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Mar Tech Team Lead to oversee the integration of marketing and technology solutions that enhance customer engagement, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable results. As the Mar Tech Lead at LINE Thailand, you will manage a team responsible for selecting, implementing, and optimizing the right technologies to support data-driven marketing campaigns, customer journey automation, and real-time analytics. This role requires both technical expertise and a deep understanding of marketing strategies, while working closely with the Engineering Team to ensure seamless platform integration and optimization.

Responsibilities


Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. (A master’s degree is a plus.)
• Experience:
• • 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Proven track record of managing Mar Tech projects and tools like CRM, CDP, DMP, automation platforms, and analytics tools
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical projects or systems integration
  • Experience in leading a team of specialists
• Skills:
• • Strong knowledge of the Mar Tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign management tools
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights
  • Project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Technical fluency: Solid understanding of APIs, data architecture, and integration methods to collaborate effectively with the Engineering Team

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field
• Familiarity with LINE's ecosystem (e.g., LINE Official Account, LINE Ads)
• Experience in e-commerce or digital platforms
• Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA in Thailand, GDPR)
• Certification in marketing or data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
