HR & Admin Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and drive initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.
  • Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and open communication.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Develop effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of learning programs.
  • Support employee development by providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentive plans, and employee benefits packages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive and attractive compensation packages.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for management to provide insights into HR activities and trends.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing HR department.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience 3+ years as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of labor laws, regulations, best practices and HR principles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Thai Nationality only, 26-40 years old.
