Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries. - Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures for timely and accurate financial reporting. - Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, providing insights and recommendations. - Conduct regular bank reconciliations, promptly resolving discrepancies. - Monitor and track company expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets and policies. - Prepare and file various tax returns, collaborating with auditors during internal and external audits. - Perform variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for financial improvement. - Contribute to annual budget and forecast development by working closely with other departments. - Identify areas for process optimization and implement efficient accounting procedures. - Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders, providing financial information and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is a plus. - 3+ years of proven experience in accounting or a similar financial role. - Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Good English skills. - Thai Nationality only, aged 26-40.
