Training and Development:

• Develop training and development programs
• Organize staff training

Recruitment:

• Handle recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, job posting and

managing the hiring process

• Handle evaluation process for probation period

Company Activity

• Promote employer branding
• Conduct employee engagement activities
• Support company activities
• Conduct CSR activity and project

Support Document:

• Coordinate visa and work permit applications where required
• Handle HR documents

คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any related fields.

- 2 - 5 years of experience in HRD, Training or recruitment

• Have basic knowledge of Labor law
• Good Command in English
• Team player, and willingness to share
• Interpersonal Communication Skill, decision making skill &

problem-solving skill

• Good attitude & mindset with a service-oriented mind.
