หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Brand Marketing
o Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic market trends, competitors’ activities, B2B customer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
o Formulate brand strategies based on strong market analysis, competitors’ analysis, and internal portfolio analysis, and developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
o Liaise with internal parties, creating marketing-related materials such as packaging, catalogue, shelf talkers, POP, online/offline media, and premium promotions.
o Conduct market research to study B2B customers and consumer’s insight (ABM Project).

• Product Marketing

o Provide packaging knowledge and support for another sales channel with needed.
o Create Recipes and product knowledge to support sales.
o Ensure the launched product packaging quality and consistency is up to market standard.
o Support Design team for NPD & re-stage launching products.

• Trade Marketing

o Plan and create marketing campaign.
o Develop price strategy across distribution channel (Unit, Distributor, Retails shop, Horeca (FOL))
o Create an annual promotion plan and propose additional promotion to stimulate sales off-take and evaluate spending vs. net sales to align with setting budgets.

• Marketing Event

o Handle all exhibition events and work closely to event/ organizer agency including co-ordinate to dealers for event arrangement.
o Manage team and ensure through minute meeting that agreed actions, event is implemented according to plan.

• Marketing Communication

o Establish creative direction for brand including the development and execution of brand visual in all communications.
o Plan, schedule, publish, monitor, and optimize social posts and digital marketing campaigns across global platforms.
o Work closely with the graphic designers to develop all communication materials i.e. POP materials, selling tools, etc.
o Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, advertising management, business administration or related fields.
• At least 5 years of work experiences in managerial level of Marketing fields
• Good command in English
• Familiarity with FMCG business is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Can do attitude with self-motivation
• Outstanding leadership character and ability to drive your own team is essential
