Human Resource Generalist

Placed.au is seeking a talented and motivated Human Resource Generalist to join our growing team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions, including payroll processing, enforcing workforce policies, managing employee relations, and maintaining employee records. This role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as your expertise in human resources will help create a supportive and compliant work environment for all employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly.
  • Enforce workforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a fair working environment.
  • Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and practises.
  • Conduct thorough checks on new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to help new employees acclimate smoothly.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Manage employee leave requests, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of leave.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee 201 profiles, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage the confidentiality and security of employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.
  • Assist employees with tax-related enquiries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programmes and initiatives.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must have 5-8 years of combined experience in various facets of Human Resources.
  • Must have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws, and HR best practises.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Must have a TOEIC score of 700 or above.
Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ฿60,000.00 - ฿90,000.00 per month
