What's your role in the team?

Backed by fashion and technology investors from across the world, Pomelo brings its unique fast fashion style to Emerging Asia through a technology-driven, vertically-integrated design, and production model. Our growth strategy is to merge our online focus of mobile and social with the latest trends and data.

• HRBP: HR Business Partners on end-to-end employee lifecycle management
• Performance Management
• Compensations & Benefits (Total Rewards): Managing and executing payroll operations including salaries and allowances, OT payment, year-end bonuses, and other benefits at pay period in timely and accurate manners and reporting; manage Employee Stock Option Program (ESOP) as part of an overall total rewards program that aligns with company’s strategy
• HR reports
• Policies & Compliance: Own company policy creation and review process; conduct confidential and objective investigations of employee complaints of compliance violations
• Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment activities in line with recruitment framework and business strategy
• Workplace service: Provide ongoing workplace services, including business travels and maintenance of offices and facilities
• Serve as main point of contact for business units on related matters
• Assist the Head of People with other related tasks and special projects as required

Who are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience across multiple HR functions
• Experience in payroll (Bplus program) would be advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent communication skills, in Thai and English
• Understanding of labor laws
• Bachelor degree or above
