หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- 60%: System maintenance (to provide technical support for customers' systems/ to fix resolvable technical issues (depending on the levels))

• 40% : Software development (project base)

o (System Maintenance)

• Technical Support our client's system (Tier2: coding)
• Solve issues (Workaround)
• Contact to the customer to explain from technical point of view
• Manage Incidents
• Improve processes by using automation

o *Mainly supporting 20company who are using Intramart
o (Software Development)

• Implement system & solution
• Communicate with our clients to achieve their goals

คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Fluent in English, good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Java programing experience (2 years +)
• Communication skill
• English skill (internal communcation will be in English)
• approachable, friendly, polite, good interpersonal skill
• able to communicate logically
• high sense of responsibility, and self-motivated
• team oriented
• willingness to stay positive and work hard even though unexpected issues happen or when with pressure
