Job Title: Livestream & Voice Chatroom Operations Manager
Location: Shanghai, Indonesia, or Thailand
Job Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Activity and Gameplay Operations:

• Responsible for the operation and revenue-generating activities of the multi-user voice chatroomproduct, focusing on strategies to drive business revenue growth.

2. Performance Evaluation and Incentive Policies:

• Coordinate with the strategy team to develop and implement evaluation criteria and incentivepolicies for agencies and partners, aligning with business objectives.

3. Agency and Guild Growth Management:

• Set and drive growth targets for agencies and guilds, executing operation plans in line with categoryrequirements and holding accountability for revenue outcomes.

4. Analysis and Solution Development:

• Analyze the operational performance of agencies and guilds, providing well-founded solutions andstrategies to support their growth and optimize development outcomes.

Qualifications:
1. Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the internet industry,preferably with experience in livestreaming, voice product activities, or gameplay operations.

2. Product and Event Expertise:

• Familiarity with mainstream voice chatroom products; proven experience independently managingmedium to large-scale events, with the ability to present representative cases during the interview.

3. Skillset:

• Clear logical thinking and excellent communication skills, with a strong aptitude for resourceintegration and team collaboration.

4. Work Ethic:

• High sense of responsibility, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to engage in deep andindependent thinking.

Note: Overseas experience in chatroom operations is preferred, with a base in Shanghai, Indonesia, or Thailand.
