Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage Motorpool Booking Requests: Oversee and coordinate all incoming booking requests.
• Supervise Motorpool Drivers: Provide guidance and oversight to all drivers within the Motorpool team.
• Monitor the FIMS online booking: Track and manage online bookings through the Facilities Information Management System (FIMS).
• Prepare Schedules and Assignments: Develop daily schedules and assign drivers to specific trips.
• Coordinate with Requestors: Communicate with requestors to confirm details, including pick-up points, destinations and schedules.
• Process Internal Charges: Handle internal billing, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Update ERP System: Regularly update the ERP system with approved internal charges.
• Schedule Vehicle Maintenance: Plan and schedule regular vehicle maintenance, and process payment requests for services.
• Maintain Income and Expenses Record: Track monthly income and expenses for Motropool operations.
• Prepare Driver Overtime Reports: Compile and submit overtime reports for Motorpool drivers every month.
• Ensure Vehicle Cleanliness and Upkeep: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of all Motorpool vehicles.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Thailand driving license.
• Previous experience as a driver, ideally within a motorpool or similar setting.
• Familiarity with routes across Thailand.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge in using computer such as Excel and MS Word
• Preferably Thai nationality
