หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Our client is a Japanese company; a management consulting company to improve the business and purposes of local companies and enhance the sustainability in Thailand which the working location is on Sukhumvit Rd. near Asok BTS and MRT Sukhumvit is currently looking for a qualified candidate as a below information.

Job responsibilities

• Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• handle petty cash flow
• prepare payroll data to submit to external accounting firm
• communicate with accounting consultant to prepare necessary documents
• prepare and coordinate payment based on the agreement and invoices received
• check bank account to ensure all payment from suppliers/clients are received (if not, communicate with Sales)
• Arrange hotel/transportation for business trip
• Prepare laptop for new joiner and troubleshooting when something happens

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any field *** FRESH Graduate is Welcome!!***
• English: Professional level (both Spoken and written) (TOEIC 600+ equivalent)
• Accounting Knowledge/Background/Experience (optional)
• Administration Experience (optional)
• Open-minded for learning new things
• Dedicated and willing to support others
• Fast Learner and Quick response

Additional Information
Basic salary: Open to discuss for a qualified candidate
**Salary depends on working experience and skill**
Benefits: **Business trip to Japan 2 times/year and Bonus based on performance. Other benefits will be informed upon the hiring process**
Working days: Monday – Friday (9.30 am – 18.30 pm)
