หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Design and deliver training programs that address the specific needs of various roles within the organization, including sales, customer service, operations, and leadership development.
Identify skill gaps and training needs through ongoing assessment and analysis of employee performance.
Collaborate with department managers and HR to create individualized training plans for employees at all levels, including onboarding, job-specific skills, and leadership development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Lead and support talent management efforts, including talent identification, development, and retention strategies.
Implement and manage succession planning programs to identify high-potential employees.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development, talent management, and succession planning.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

MUST

5+ years of training and development, talent management, and succession planning.
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs for various levels of employees.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Good Command of English.
