Job Purpose:-


Key Responsibilities:-

• Planning demand and order placing for commercial items of the company.
• Preparing detailed purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders in accordance with the company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
• Handling item code creation, maintaining and discontinuing.
• Coordinating with principals regarding orders and delivery schedules.
• Monitoring and maintaining healthy inventory level of products in accordance with the company policy.
• Filing and following up claims with principals till closed within timeline.
• Supporting E-Commerce regarding procurement management.
• Handling special projects as assigned by Procurement and Inventory Manager

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 3-year experience in supply chain, procurement or related functions.
• Self-motivated, energetic with good interpersonal and communication skills as well as service-mind.
• Able to work independently.
• Good command in written and spoken in English.
• Good computer literacy in MS-Office and correspondences.
