• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in an assistant role.
• Education: Degree in Management or Accounting preferred.
• Salary: 16,000 - 25,000 THB (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain an organized filing system and assist with project management.
• Support financial tasks including reporting and budgeting.
• Create and manage documentation to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Over 3 years of experience as an assistant in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• A proactive approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
