Responsibilities
 Control, check and monitor product quality to ensure all products meet company standards and customer requirements.
 Conduct visual and measurement tests with precise and correct judgements (pass/fail level).
 Conduct patrol line audit.
 Control the product and process to ensure that product quality is match with inspection and standard.
 Control and achieve KPI in monthly, report progressive process.
 Ensure the corrective action and create countermeasure when occur any quality problems.
 Manage inspector and promote a positive attitude towards coworkers.
 Supervise, coach, coordinate all activities of inspector engaged with inspection of products and process.

Qualification
 Male or female with Bachelor ’s degree or higher in related fields.
 Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments.
 Able to work in cleanroom control and work in shifts, both days and nights.
 Able to use Microsoft office such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
 Can work as a team lead and can work under pressure.
 Able to communicate, read & write in English and Computer literate.
 At least 5 year experiences related with industrial manufacturing such as electronics/electrical/mechanical parts.
 Understand standards ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, Ro HS & REACH.
