Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze product cost models.
- Prepare departmental expense reports and provide recommendations.
- Expenses review to ensure that they are being recorded properly.
- Prepare and analyze financial plans, trends, and operating forecasts, etc.
- Prepare headcount report and analyze headcount movement.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards on financial results for the factory.
- Support the respective business leaders on delivering the annual operating plan and long-term plan,
and how to drive a sustainable business financially.
- Work closely with internal teams on actions plans, forecasting, and planning.
- Support ad-hoc analysis per assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- 4-5 years Big Four experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command in English.
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines, ability to multitask and flexible for changes.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and data analytics including ability of utilizing BI tools is a plus.
