Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within a specific region, and developing strategic business relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
· Identify, secure and develop new partnerships or and maintain long-term relationships with hotels in Thailand with extension to Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia.
· Present company's solutions and services via online or onsite presentations to ‘Win’ deals.
· Establish new accounts, maintain and secure renewals on existing accounts.
· Proactive in developing and following up on sales leads or prospects.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that customers’ needs and expectations are met.
· Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and identify customer needs.
· Achieve all KPIs set by the management team.
· Reports to VP – Global Sales
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the hospitality industry with a deep understanding of hotel operations and sales.
· At least 3 years of experience carrying a quota in a direct sales capacity, preferably in the hospitality sector
· Proven capabilities in managing sales cycles and growth projection
· Expertise in developing sales strategies to reach new markets and expand market share in assigned country and territories.
· Excellent network and stellar reputation in the hotel industry.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Fluency in spoken and written English
