Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Room Coordinator who are responsible for handling secretarial and other office duties for Director of Rooms and the division

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, and forms, including those of confidential nature for Director of Rooms or whenever directed.
• To prepare meeting rooms, transcribe dictation and minutes of divisional meetings, with proper distribution of copies.
• To upkeep all Rooms-related documents and records in corresponding share drive, for future reference.
• To monitor stock of consumable items and inventory of operation supplies of the office of Director of Rooms.
• Effective communication and coordination within Rooms Division and other departments, as well as suppliers.
• To support and provide assistance to Rooms-related projects, and any administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
• Minimum one year in a similar or relevant field
• Good knowledge of computer skills i.e. Shiji, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Fluent in Thai & English, both written and spoken
