We are a remote-first company, which means that while we frequently get together in person as a team (in Bangkok / Thailand), we meet and work together remotely the majority of the time.

We are a team of high-performing digital marketing experts and, for the last 3 years, we have been increasing revenue for our clients through digital marketing. This is where you’ll come in.
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be working directly with the Sales Manager and collaborating with the Brand Content Director to prospect and help bring in new clients for our agency. The goal of all this hard, high-value work is to create more revenue for our clients while helping our company grow.
Eventually, you will be managing the entire sales process from start to end; starting from owning the strategy on how to get in front of ideal clients, prospecting, consulting, setting up sales meetings, and closing deals. After the deals are closed, you can 100% hand the clients over to your team members and focus on creating new opportunities, because your team will be responsible for the account management from then on.

What you will be doing:

Be the first point of contact for inbound prospects. Qualify prospects and set appointments for the Sales Manager
-
Research ideal clients based on our business needs and reach out to them to set appointments for the Sales Manager

Assist the Sales Manager with qualification and sales meetings as well as any marketing tasks assigned

Create proposals, first bills, and follow-ups with potential clients

Responsible for establishing ourselves as the #1 brand for performance marketing starting from scheduling, but even more managing our ads, growth hacking the distribution channels, to overseeing social media accounts with the support for the Sales Manager and Brand Content Director

Minimum Requirements:

Reliable, highly-organized and detail-oriented

Able to handle rejection and bounce back stronger than before

Excellent Thai and English communication, negotiation and presentation skills (Both verbal and written)
Nice to have but not required:
-
Proven experience and track record in sales/telesales/customer service/account management roles for 1-2 years. (We love to work with fresh grads too. We will offer the training and support needed for you to succeed in your role)

Proven experience in an international working environment

Knowledge in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
