Supplier Quality Lead

You will join the Supplier Quality Management Team, GSC International which is responsible for shaping & driving supplier quality performance, strategy, and transformations in line with Schneider Electric goals and objectives.
Supplier Quality is of strategic importance to achieve CS&Q strategy of zero recalls and customer satisfaction.
There is an ambition to enhance supplier quality standards, supplier evaluation and supplier strategy focussing on quality fundamentals.
This position will be responsible to work in collaboration with plant quality, category management, procurement supplier leaders and industrialization teams.
We are looking to hire an experienced quality professional with deep understanding of the automotive quality standards, best practices, and thorough knowledge of IATF principles.
We are looking for a highly passionate, motivated, visionary, and collaborative leader with the ability and experience to develop deep stakeholder relationships.
Defining standards for Best-in-class models for different commodities, Leader standard walk at suppliers, CTQ and CTP monitoring, Cpk analysis and Reverse FMEA etc.
Driving the elimination of high severity failure modes, reviewing, and upgrading the Poka-yoke, Jidoka and Statistical Process Controls.
Conducting supplier system, process, and technology audits in accordance with IATF guidelines and company standards.
Driving supplier improvement and development plans to meet standards and quality objectives.
Contribute to defining the supplier strategy.
Periodically conduct supplier quality health on basics and fundamentals.
Establish and evaluate the right level of PPAP quality and problem solving for parts.
Drive rigorous various activities at supplier viz. process controls, six sigma projects, KAIKAKU workshops, KAMISHIBAI, OBEYA and TQW at the suppli Manage plant escalations and new supplier audits.
Qualifications
Required skills.
Certified IATF auditor.
Certified Project Management.
Certified in advanced quality tools.
Certified in Six Sigma BB.
Certified or trained APQP and PPAP.
Trained in GD&T.
Experience.
10 - 15 years in Supplier Quality lead role, preferred in Automotive OE / Tier I sector.
Thorough knowledge and hands on experience in mechanical, electro-mechanical and/or electronic components.
Graduate / Postgraduate in Mechanical or Industrial or Electronic Engineering.
Primary Location: TH-Bangkok.
