10-15 years in relevant Sales & Export roles, especially experience in Retail Channel.
Solid Distributors Management Experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors, customers and external partners.
Sales Background in Electrical products: Final Distribution, Wiring Devices & Accessories, Power distribution, Industrial control products.
Demonstrate strong leadership in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries sales.
Good to process technical knowledge of Low Voltage & Automation products.
Desirable Qualifications.
A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market ( Distributors & Resellers ).
Worked in Retail Oriented companies in the Electrical Industry (Haco, Panasonic, Fuji Electric, etc.).
Experience in penetrating New Markets.
