Position:
We are looking to recruit a Tax Manager to be based out of the firm’s office in Bangkok, Thailand.

Reports to: Senior Tax Manager and Tax Partner
Key external relationships: Clients, Potential Clients, Ministries, Chamber of Commerce, Business Associations, etc.
Key internal relationships: Partners, Directors, Advisers and other staff.
Salary range: Competitive, varying based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.

Primary Responsibilities of the role
Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager and Partner, you are expected to undertake the following activities and tasks:
Main duties:

• Manage tax compliance for clients, including monthly and annual tax returns along with other tax compliance documents.
• Provide advice and recommendations to clients on tax compliance matters to ensure accurate calculation and compliance.
• Provide support on advisory and other projects.
• Stay informed about Thai tax developments.
• Conduct tax research on Thai tax issues.
• Coordinate with clients to assist with basic accounting and tax concerns.
• Assist in dealing with the Thai Revenue Department.
• Other tasks not specifically listed may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required:

• University level qualifications in Law or professional accounting qualifications are preferred;
• Accounting or law firm experience will be highly regarded;
• Be Proactive;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Thai;
• Position will be based in Bangkok and may require occasional travel within Thailand and overseas.
