Training Specialist/Product Trainer (Cosmetics)/ Up to 70K/ Near BTS and MRT

• Track sale performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management team.
- Perform data analysis, uncover insight, and create strategy specific for focus stores.
- Communicate with Sale Team and Trainer to develop sale result and improve staff skills based on data.
- Responsible as an Interpreter during monthly meetings and Translator work as assigned.
- Support Marketing Team with marketing plans, direct marketing, and campaigns. And evaluate and review marketing campaigns result.
- Support Training Team to develop and training contents.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration / marketing, or related fields
- Must have 3+ years in Product Training Experience within cosmetic business
- Cosmetic BA experiences is a Plus
- Intermediate in English communication (Equivalent to TOEIC 600+)
- Well-organized, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
- Good Excel and Power Point skills
