Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Agile Requirement Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for our projects, ensuring they align with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements effectively.
• Analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Facilitate discussions and conduct workshops to elicit requirements.
• Work with the development team to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.
• Prioritize and manage the backlog in accordance with Agile principles.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Support the QA team in validating requirements during testing phases.

Qualifications:

• C1 Level English Skills
• Proven experience as a Requirement Engineer in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setup.
