Your Impact
- You will define and achieve sales targets for tractors & harvesters through dealer networks, supporting dealers in identifying future opportunities, managing order forecasts, and closing deals
- You will determine sales strategies by conducting market research, take the necessary actions to reach targets and monitor sales performance in your territory
- You will evaluate the results, prepare regular reports and present them to the Senior Management
- You will participate in shows, events, and customer visits to support dealers, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction across the region
- You will track competitor activity and share key insights within the team
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering or a relevant field of work
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the agricultural industry, including at least 2 years in dealer management
- Profound knowledge of the dealer environment, strong negotiation skills and the ability to motivate people
- Financial literacy with a determined and results-oriented approach to achieving targets
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English
- High willingness to travel (50-70%)
