Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul has become Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group's second hotel in Turkey. The hotel is located on the European side of Istanbul, in the luxurious residential district of Kuruçeşme, right next to the unique Bosphorus.
Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul located on the shores of the Bosphorus with its lush, generous, and magical gardens, in the city center with two outdoor pools, 100 spacious guest rooms and suites, rich Sunday brunches with menus from unique Turkish and world delicacies, world-famous Novikov Restaurant for lunch and dinner, serving Italian and Mediterranean specialties, as well as delicious sushi varieties and many other special Pan-Asian delicacies, consists of innovative restaurants and bars and opulent and elegant banquet facilities. Spanning an area of ??3,500 square meters, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul, is one of the best and most comprehensive health and beauty centers in Istanbul.
Duties and Supportive Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all activities of the Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Supervises the work of the Housekeeping Attendants to ensure that all common areas and staff areas are kept clean and orderly to the highest standards for guest satisfaction.
  • Responsible for all deep cleaning processes, polishing programs, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning programs.
• Ensures the protection of the employee's equipment and machinery, conducts daily checks of them and other general storage areas. • Trains, guides, and evaluates the work of the Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Ensures that all tasks are completed on time and according to specified standards.
  • Provides any assistance possible to guests.
  • Assists in maintaining general cleaning checklists and files of all maintenance equipment.
  • Ensures the standard stock level of all consumables is maintained.
  • Ensures that Lost and Found procedures are followed by the team.
  • Provides daily briefing to the team member to inform them about the daily operation.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with hotel policies and follows the operation to achieve the general objectives of this position.
  • Conducts daily shift handover after each shift.
  • Understands and complies with the rules and regulations as specified in the regulations.
  • Acts in accordance with the Employee Handbook and the Hotel's policies on Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
  • Reports and rectifies all potential and actual hazards immediately.
  • Understands and adheres to the rules and regulations of the Hotel Employee.
  • Always wears the correct uniform and name tag and is punctual for duty.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

  • Genel Alan Görevlilerinin tüm faaliyetlerinden sorumludur
  • Misafir memnuniyetini sağlamak için tüm ortak alanların ve personel alanlarının en yüksek standartlarda temizlik ve düzende tutulmasını sağlamak için genel alan görevlilerinin çalışmalarını denetler.
  • Tüm derin temizlik işlemlerinden, cilalama programlarından, cam temizleme ve halı temizleme programlarından sorumludur.
  • Çalışanının tüm ekipman ve makinelerinin korunmasını sağlar, bunları ve diğer genel kullanım alanlarındaki depoları günlük olarak kontrol eder.
  • Genel Alan Görevlilerinin çalışmalarını eğitir, yönlendirir ve değerlendirir.
  • Tüm görevlerin zamanında ve belirlenmiş standartlara göre tamamlanmasını sağlar.
  • Misafirlere mümkün olan her türlü yardımı sunar.
  • Genel temizlik listelerinin ve tüm bakım ekipmanlarının dosyalarının tutulmasına yardımcı olur.
  • Tüm sarf malzemelerinin standart stok seviyesini korunmasını sağlar.
  • Kayıp Eşya prosedürlerinin ekibi tarafından takip edilmesini sağlar.
  • Günlük operasyonun bilgilendirilmelerini sağlamak için ekip üyesine günlük olarak brifing verir.
  • Otel politikalarına uygun olarak tüm görev ve sorumlulukları yerine getirir ve bu pozisyonun genel hedeflerine ulaşmak için operasyonu takip eder.
  • Her vardiyadan sonra günlük devir teslimini yapar.
  • Yönetmelikte belirlenen Kural ve Düzenlemeleri anlamak ve bunlara bağlı kalır.
  • Çalışanlar El Kitabı ve Otel'in Yangın, Hijyen, Sağlık ve Güvenlik konusundaki politikasına uygun hareket eder
  • Tüm potansiyel ve gerçek tehlikelerin derhal raporlanmasını ve düzeltilmesini sağlamak
  • Otel Çalışanı kural ve düzenlemelerini anlar ve bunlara bağlı kalır.
  • Her zaman doğru üniforma ve isim etiketini takarak zamanında görevinde olur.
  • Yönetim tarafından kendisine verilen diğer görevleri yapar.
