• Support to the projects or transactions of the B2B Service & Support team
• Take part in defining the remote support troubleshooting processes and actively provide remote technical support to customers.
• Support to manage the B2B Customer Satisfaction Survey with all parties concerned (Partner, Canon Turkey and Survey provider)
• Support to determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific services and solutions

What we ask

• Senior students or new graduates interested in gaining experience with Canon
• Able to work 4-5 days in a week
• Good command of English
• Good command of MS Office applications

You will need

• Self-motivated with good communication skills
• Problem solver, analytical ability, willing to work a dynamic environment
• Team player with the ability to work to deadlines
