Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Attendant at Vitrin Clinic in Başakşehir, Istanbul. The Bar Attendant will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of soft drinks, coffee, and other refreshments to ensure a pleasant experience for our patients during their visit. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, juices, and soft drinks, to patients and visitors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked beverage station.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the beverage area.
• Ensure that all beverage equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients, enhancing their overall experience at the clinic.
• Restock supplies as needed, including cups, straws, napkins, and beverage ingredients.
• Handle patient and visitor inquiries regarding the available beverages.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Report any equipment issues or supply shortages to the clinic manager.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, and Turkish is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to details and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
