Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Russian - English Customer Care Specialist at Vitrin Clinic in Turkey, Istanbul . The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
Customer Service expertise
Proficiency in Russian and English languages
Experience in the healthcare or cosmetic dentistry industry is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 27,000.00TRY - 30,000.00TRY per month
