Overview
Our İstanbul Office aims to recruit Business Analysts to strengthen its team. The unique value that we offer our clients requires unique talents from our consultants. Responsibilities
Your Role:
- As part of our diverse international teams in the Eastern Europe Cluster, you will work hands on customer projects from the very beginning
- You will be able to work on local, cluster and global projects across our ADL global network
- You will work as one team with other members of the team to ensure successful delivery of the projects
- Together with you, we will structure complex problems, analyze relevant data and derive concrete & actionable recommendations
- You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for project streams, to quickly familiarize yourself with costumer issues in a variety of industries, within the private and public sector, helping you to build project management experience
- You will benefit from the many years of experience of your team, who will support you in enhancing your unique skillset and know-how and in developing expertise that suit you best with mentoring and close guidance
- During our international as well as local training programs you will get to know our tools and methods
- You will also get the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on responsibility in the internal office organization
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- You are on track to graduate in 2025 / fresh graduate or professional with few years of experience
- You have an excellent academic track record
- You are ambitious to tackle challenging questions and solve complex business issues under the guidance of senior team members
- You have the potential to develop into a valuable and highly motivated team member due to your highly analytical and interpersonal skills
- You are able to adapt quickly to new challenges
- You bring innovative and entrepreneurial approach in creating high value for your clients and project teams
- You are a result-oriented individual with established social skills and leadership abilities
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills with a flair for presenting with impact
- You are fully proficient in English and native in Turkish
- Resident in Turkey
