Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across various markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align on business goals and deliver results.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably 2+ years).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of global markets, particularly in [specific industries relevant to your company].
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and business tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to adapt to different time zones and work with international teams.
