Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Officer to help drive growth in new and existing markets. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely with a diverse team and contribute to our expansion. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across various markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and industry trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align on business goals and deliver results.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably 2+ years).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of global markets, particularly in [specific industries relevant to your company].
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and business tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Ability to adapt to different time zones and work with international teams.
